Bus Information

School Bus Services (SBS) is responsible for providing eligible rural students and students with special needs free Transport Assistance to travel to and from school on contracted ‘orange’ school buses. These services are critical to ensure that students are able to attend school regularly.

Transport Assistance Applications are done online through the School Bus Services (SBS) website:
http://www.schoolbuses.wa.gov.au

For students travelling on the ‘green’ Public Transport buses, a student Smart Rider card is required.

Canteen

The school canteen plays an important role at Pinjarra Senior High School and it’s excellent service has been acknowledged by parents, staff and students over many years. The canteen is run by a Canteen Manager, Nicole Glamuzina, with assistance from volunteers from the parents and broader community. Some of our volunteers have provided a wonderful service to the canteen for many years.

The menu is updated regularly and new foods are introduced. All items sold by the canteen are checked for their nutritional value.

The main aim of the canteen then is to play an important part in promoting nutritional awareness and healthy lifestyles by working with staff and students.

Nicole Glamuzina can be contacted on 9531 7030.
